Sarasota Downtown Apartment!!!

Located in the heart of Sarasota City, just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses, and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach, and more. This is a 1000 square foot two-bedroom apartment, offers a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and two Full-size beds in the second bedroom (full-size sofas in the living room). The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. 50" LED TV, WiFi internet, Washer/Dryer

A Pet friendly & Gay-friendly accommodation in the heart of downtown.

- Check-in/out: Check-in time: 3:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am. Pet Fee: $100/Month/Stay due upon arrival Housekeeping: We provide all the necessary for your stay (linens, towels, hangers, etc.). No daily housekeeping service is provided. Rules: Do not use the grill under the roof, move it outside prior to using it (It will damage the ceiling and walls!). Let us know of any special requests (like traveling with a service dog) prior to booking. NO smoking inside the house. On occasions, and for reasons beyond our control, we might need to transfer reservations from an initially assigned house to another similar one. At checkout please leave the key in the lockbox (lockbox combination provided in instruction inside the unit). We are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of guests, or for any accident, injuries, or illness that may occur while on our premises. We encourage our guests to purchase traveler's insurance. When renting from us, guests are accepting these rules.
- Cable and internet are provided at no additional fee. Because service, downtime, bad signals, etc, are completely out of control, we cannot guarantee service. No refunds will be given due to internet service issues

Excellent Location, basic accomodation.

The location of this property is ideal - it's walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The property is fine, but don't expect to have the AC run below 75 degrees without it freezing up, and don't expect any toiletries like shampoo or body soap or kitchen essentials like sugar or coffee. It's basic, which was fine our stay.

great place on a budget

We didn't spend a great deal of time in the unit since we were there for Spring Break. but it was clean and not an easy drive to the beach and downtown. The beds and furniture were not very comfortable Again great price, clean and close to everything

Average accommodation

The apartment “complex” was still being renovated and the maintenance man was still there doing last minute touch ups when we arrived. There was no mention of renovations being done.
