Very nice weekend get-away retreat

Great location offering all that is needed for a comfortable stay. I certainly recommend The Carriage House for those looking for a clean, quiet and welcoming place to stay.

Great spot in Sarasota

Great place for us to use as home base. Had all the necessary items and more! More than comfortable. Stephanie was a great host and met our every need. Having chairs , umbrellas for the beach was great. Looking forward to staying in the future

Amazing property

This was such a perfect place to rent! Excellent location, the room was perfect for the two of us. Stephanie was a great host and helped us with all our questions and needs. She had bikes and kayaks and an amazing notebook with information about the area and all the appliances in the rental. Hoping to come to this are again.

Great Space

Great space, everything just as listed and photos are totally accurate. The location cannot be beat. We walked to Main Street every night for dinner. Very safe area. The unit is clean, well stocked, the water pressure is amazing, and the bed is comfortable. Stephanie was readily available if we needed her, but was not invasive at all. We would stay again for sure.

Quaint & Convenient!

While we resided only for one night, we enjoyed this carriage house immensely! The bikes added alot more fun to see the area without needing to get into the car. Conveniently located to resturants and shopping. The bikes were an added amenity that allowed us to venture to a little park overlooking the bay that had the perfect spot to catch the sunset! Thank you!

The caretaker was exactly as described and had all of the details that make it a great stay, from a great variety of coffees to everything that might be needed while on vacation. The communication from Stephanie was great and the process was simple. Overall, it was a great place to stay and is close to lots of great food and entertainment options. Thanks!

A quick but fun stay

This above-the-garage apartment was clean and functional. The host family members, who live in the main house, were lovely and ready to answer all questions. The location is midway between downtown Sarasota and the fun southside neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Gem in a quiet, quaint neighborhood

The property was well taken care of and easy to access. There was almost every amenity you could need and we wished we had been able to stay longer to utilize them. Everything was clean and well kept and the instructions clear and simple. All in all, it was a fabulous place and experience.

Getaway

Our first time staying in Sarasota and we wanted to stay in a location that was walking distance to downtown. The place where we stayed was all around perfect. Had everything we needed. So comfortable and clean. The owner, Stephanie was lovely, if we needed anything she responded straight away. We’ve stayed at other VRBO and this place is ranked at the top.

Wonderful accommodation

The Carriage House was impressively clean and orderly, and centrally located near so many Sarasota sites. It's walking distance to the farmers market, SelbyBotanic Garden, the Main Street with many restaurants and shops, as well as near the waterfront and general downtwon area. It has a wonderful host who provided very helpful information and was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended.

Lovely Property

The host was very accommodating and communicative. Located very close to downtown, an easy walk there or to Selby Gardens. Quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked. Easy departure rules. It even has a combo washer/dryer. We highly recommend this property.

A Hidden Gem in Sarasota

My husband and I stayed at The Carriage House four nights, What a lovely place and perfect location! Stephanie & Mike were great hosts and accommodated us in every way.We easily walked to town and took advantage of the restaurant recommendations they offered. We especially enjoyed Owen's Fish Camp--- don't miss out on a great meal and experience! . Carriage House was a 10. My husband and I would not hesitate to rent again!
