-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
-Non-Refundable $150.00 pet fee per pet required. (2) Pet Max.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification may be required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.

Exactly as pictured. Easy to get to and convient to everything. We had a minor maintenence issue but it was addressed right away. The pool heater was not working so we were not able to use the pool at all. Otherwise our stay was great.
