This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Beautiful condo with an amazing view steps from the beach! Comfy beds, attentive owner, and very nice furnishings grant this stay 5 stars! It has a kitchenette with everything you could ever need. The property and condo owner provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, putt putt clubs and balls and shulffle board fun! 4 gas grill are on site. Pavilions by the beach are a nice feature. And, the view is worth one more mention, amazing!

Total Tranquility

My wife and I stayed at Jim's property in Longboat Key and it was everything we wanted. Waking up to the view of the Gulf every morning was a great start to every day. The condo was perfect! Everything we needed at our fingertips. and the view was amazing! Right on the ocean, the beach was clean & quiet. We enjoyed our week at Longboat Key. The condo was perfect and had everything you would need for an amazing trip. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. The view was spectacular and the beach was almost private. The owner/host Jim makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Nice Place, View and Location

We stayed there in 2018 as well as June 2024 and the place was just as nice as six years ago. They really keep everything clean and new. The location is great, the views are great. The property grounds are also well-maintained. Good beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler in closet too. The host was very helpful and customer-focused. We plan to stay there again!

Beach Adventure

Condo was great, comfy, and clean. With a tropical storm approaching, we settled in a littler earlier than noted to be the check in time. The storm was interesting and could have been worse…otherwise as we have enjoyed several times before…longboat key did not disappoint.

My wife and I just completed a perfect stay at this beach front property. My wife even said when we entered the room “she was never leaving”. Absolutely wonderful

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you need for the perfect day @ the beach! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. We were right on the beach with an amazing view! It is located in a quiet area with very few people on the beach. We had a very relaxing & fantastic week, I don’t think it could of been any better. Jim Z made everything easy with great communication.

Annual Family Vacation to Longboat Key, FL

This was our second time staying at this fantastic location, and it just keeps getting better! If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate—do it ASAP! This beachfront property is perfectly located in Longboat Key, close to the grocery store, shopping, and the wonderful restaurants at St. Armand’s Circle. Plus, the beach is beautiful and quiet, providing a perfect escape. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed with quality furnishings, making it comfortable and stylish. Lastly, Jim truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. His communication is excellent, and he is incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!
