"Gull" villa at Barefoot Bungalows is a 2 bedroom /1 full bath villa, spacious living area, fully furnished, located less than 1500 feet from Siesta Key Beach. This 1945 Triplex villa has 3 villa’s each with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This villa GULL master bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The living area has large sitting area with a daybed that offers twin bed. Gull is a two bedroom villa and one bathroom. The villa GULL has a very spacious living area with 46"flat screen Smart TV, dining area with glass table and 4 chairs. The ample space is great for families and extended stays. The full kitchen has appliances, dishware for guests. Full kitchen to include Standard Fridge, Full Stove/Oven, Keurig Coffee and cooking utensils for guest. Dishware for the days you plan to dine in. Simple and beachy theme with all the comforts of home. Sitting area off the living room offers extra sitting space with a daybed with 2 chairs to relax after a day of beaching on Siesta Key. All linens provided along with 8 complete sets of plush towels. Welcome toiletries to include, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish liquid, sponge, kitchen towel, trash liners, and lotion.

More importantly this 1945 Triplex is less than 1500 feet to the soft sand of Siesta Key Beach access #3. No car needed as Beach Access #3 located to the right and beach access #2 located to left (steps away). For your beach needs, we are happy to provide 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels and wagon. Spend a week or reserve a month and you won’t be disappointed. Park BBQ grill added to complex and each unit has exterior seating. Complex does have a courtesy washer/dryer located on the first level by walkway at no charge for easy use for guest. Keyless entry and concierge service to handle requests. Parking spot is marked and one vehicle per unit. (2 small cars if tandem parked is allowed) Pictures updated Dec 2024. Siesta Key Village is walking distance just 2 blocks from door. Keyless entry and virtual check in. Weekly and Monthly discounts may apply on VRBO and other platforms.

Our 1945 Triplex offers value for such a location close to the soft sand of Siesta Key Beach. We are snuggled between multi million dollar complexes and offer very clean comfortable accommodations, superb customer service and great location. Our 1945 Triplex Barefoot Bungalows is close to beach access #3 and close to it all and very quiet in the evening. A true Ole Siesta Key Villa in the heart of Siesta Key. "Gull " has outdoor patio with 4 chairs and BBQ grill. Siesta Key Getaway

We had a great experience staying in the "The GULL" at Siesta Key. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for the beach and the village! We would definitely return to this property for future vacations!

Perfect location!

Lisa was great, you could tell that she really loves her property and wants you to have a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach with a fabulous view of the sunset and just down the street from the restaurants and market.

Siesta Key Village vacation

It was a great property excellent location for beach easy access. All delicious restaurants of many choices within a 5 minute walk. Loved the daily walks on the powder white sand. A wonderful location for a vaction stay.

The “Gull” was just as described in the details. Perfect location and very clean. There were beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler provided. We had everything we needed. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay in one of Lisa’s rentals again!

Perfect location for a stay on the island

This property was perfect for our stay on the island. Close walk to all the dining and shops. Beach access close by. We loved having all the beach amenities available for us. The home felt so welcoming with plenty of personal touches to make you feel at home. We can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location

The house was very cute, beach style cottage. Lisa was very easy to communicate with. She made the check in process easy, and responded to our questions right away. The location is the best part, beach access just behind the property, and quick walk to the village area with shops and restaurants. The cons are that the house is older, so definitely has some small quirks, there is no centralized AC, but they have installed a split AC unit in

Our second time staying here. Already booked again for next year. Love the privacy, walking to the beach and the village was a plus for our teens to go and get ice cream etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, extra towels even suntan lotion!

Beautiful Cottage Close to Beach

The Gull cottage we stayed in was perfect for our family. Clean, cozy, amenities and so close to the beach. Lisa the property host was very kind and provided assistance right away when we needed anything at all. If we come to Siesta Key again we will definitely stay here. We walked to the restaurants and shops then took the free trolley to several other areas on the island.
