Exceptional views
Beautiful place to vacate and enjoy all that the area has to offer. Great restaurants and wonderful beaches nearby. Beautiful views of the bay, dolphins and pelicans can be seen fishing. Amazing sunsets over the bay.
Just about 30 steps and we were at the break wall of the bay! What a wonderful view all day and all night! The home is bright white and clean with hardwood floors that don’t squeak! The beds are wonderful with new mattresses, Can you appliances are all new. This is a mid-century home with original bathrooms, But the tub, shower stalls, and bathroom sinks show very little wear. We enjoyed our weeklong stay, and would certainly stay at this residence again.
The property location was perfect for us. We were looking for a place in the water but close to the downtown.
The outside seating was ok but a fire pit or lounge chairs would have been nice. There are no amenities at the house. Bikes also would be nice.
The bathroom are older and well maintained but note there are no power outlets in them.
Overall we would return!
First day: no internet or connectivity to local provider so no TV.
MASTER BATH, Tub backed up. Plumber came 3 days later. Couldn’t use all week. Drain has to be replaced.
Had grill not fully operational. Used once.
Kitchen door lock fell out, put back in never used door again.
Secondary toilet off kitchen running.
Storm did tree damage to gutter and limbs were down.
Outside furniture is wicker, most chairs were not usable.
Homes interior was clean and nice. Kitchen has everything you need.
Park next door is very active and noisy.
Beautiful view.
Make sure you bring your own chairs and coolers.
Comped 161 dollars for above. I’m not sure that’s enough compensation. I’ve shared all the above with VACASA

The house itself has a certain charm but needs serious cleaning and updating. Peeling paint inside bathroom door, fix leg on bbq grill, upgrade the linens on beds, label the light switches (it was so hard to find the right switches), refinish the floors, regrout the tile floors and inside the shower, provide decent paper towels and toilet paper. My allergies were really set off, so I suspect somewhere there was mold or mildew out of sight. There were gaps around the glass doors large enough for critters to squeeze through. The 3rd bedroom doesn't really qualify as a bedroom. The sofa bed was awful and dirty and there were no linens to fit it. We had to borrow an inflatable bed. The sunsets were gorgeous though and we liked the location, but i would not stay there again.

This is a very nice home. There were a few small issues. There were not enough hangers for our clothes. The cold water in the master bath had low to no pressure. We did not notice at first but as we stayed there was a lot of pet hair rolling around on the floors. My biggest issues is the water was turned off on Wednesday and was not turned back on until Friday morning. I rented a hotel room near by to shower and use the bathroom for our last two nights with the understanding that the water would not be turned on but it was. I understand there was a leak

Pretty good
Constructive criticism...put a king bed in the master, move the queen to the back bedroom as there is really no need for a couch and desk in there. The grounds could have been better maintained..think about putting an electric blower in the garage for guests to use in between yard service. I swept the patio a number of times. Also, consider a gas grill. Kitchen pots and pans need upgrading and the knives are all super dull. Now the good stuff, setting was beautiful and proximity to downtown and stadium and beaches was perfect.

Great views. Needs work.
We loved the view and being able to access the water. The sunsets were gorgeous. We did however have some issues. We did encounter two cockroaches (one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen cabinet), but the staff were responsive and willing to come out and solve the issue. The master bathroom had some very slow drainage making it very hard to shower in. The guest bathroom toilet ran constantly. The neighbors next door building a home seem to have a very loud surround sound speaker system that plays on a timer very late, every night. The yard was also very long and the landscaping had looked like it was very over grown and forgotten about. The patio furniture really needs to be replaced some chairs are not able to be used due to damage. The water access, provided bikes, washer and dryer, and amazing views were our favorite.

Great home, great location, a little outdated
The house is in a great location and there is plenty of room to relax. The amenities in the kitchen are lacking (not many plates, bowls, forks, knives, glasses, etc) so we had to wash things frequently rather than toss them into the dishwasher. The coffee maker was broken and we found this out after filling the back of it up with water for it to fall all over the floor. Also, the third bathroom near the office, the u-valve underneath the sink is completely rusted through and water fell directly onto the ground. We didn't use that sink for the rest of the trip.
All in all, it was a great stay in a beautiful location.
The property is lovely; the view is gorgeous. It’s an old home. It could definitely use more amenities to make it more comfortable for guests staying more than a weekend. We were there 8 days which necessitated I borrow quite a few thinks from family who lived nearby. I wrote a comprehensive list for the property manager.
The house itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. There was a major plumbing issue in the master bedroom that inconvenienced our group. I placed a call on 7/24 and was told local office would be reaching out to me. I called and text numerous times after and nothing. It is unfortunate that this house is managed so poorly because it truly impacts wanting to ever come back.
The house was clean and spacious with great views. The location was close to many beaches and activities; such as parasailing, kayaking and renting jet skis. I also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood down Bay Shore road. Very close to the Ringling Museum, which we enjoyed seeing.
I did mention to the property management team some items to better stock the kitchen and beach items that guests could use would be really nice. Hopefully they will add these.
One other note, it says it sleeps 6 but I don’t think anyone would want to sleep on that pull out couch! Luckily, we only had 4 in our group. A new bed in that room would be a very good investment.

Great Family getaway
Wonderful open concept living /dining area with great views over the gulf. Convenient outdoor table for ding al fresco. Not so convenient for multiple couples as there is only one bedroom with a queen bed.
Beautiful view of the bay. Too bad it’s right next to public access, even though you can’t see them, you can hear them. When we initially walked in, the big spray smell was terrible, had to open windows immediately. We figured out why the bug spray, we saw 3 large cockroaches and ended up bringing one home in a suitcase! Furnishings of the home are mediocre, kitchen doable. We had an air conditioning problem, which was addressed immediately. Overall, we feel it is overpriced.
The location is fabulous, right on the bay in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is great for a family.

Beautiful home on inside. The decorations are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Outside area is very nice as well with some area's needing improvements. The lawn is mostly some sort of thorns that stick to pets and/or clothing. The bay appears as if one can swim in it, and often this is quite difficult to do because of concrete wall and tide. The park, next to home, is actually only about 300 yards in length.
Great location in proximity to downtown Sarasota and lots of keys/beaches. Water in backyard is gorgeous and perfect for fishing. Within walking distance to lots of coffee shops and other restaurants. Cozy neighborhood feel surrounded my magazine worthy homes. House itself is the perfect size for a family of five with lots of open common space. I highly recommend!

Indian Beach house
The location was perfect with a wonderful view and fairly private. We loved staying at this house and would consider staying there again in the future.
Fantastic stay in this roomy home. Lots of big windows to see the Bay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed: toaster, blender, good knives, stainless steel pots/pans. Really nice to be able to park in the garage! There was a table and chairs to enjoy dining outside and several beach lounge chairs.
There is even an outdoor portable fire pit. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
