This Beautiful Gulf Gate Estates private home has a new heated swimming pool with an enclosed screen, two padded loungers, BBQ and dining for 6. This house is a renovated, two bedroom, two bath home in Sarasota!

Fantastic location and exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Excellent location to everything. Depending on traffic...10-20 min to great beach, great restaurants and golf. Quiet neighborhood.

Roomy, quiet, minutes from stores, restaurants and parks. Screened patio was delightful with a small waterfall feature providing soothing sounds. Mgt responded promptly to a few small issues. Would stay again.

Lovely Get Away

My sister and I got away and stayed in your lovely home for January. Your home was clean and had all we needed. We felt comfortable and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you for all the kitchenware. The pool was lovely - just sitting out back with the water feature was divine. We love to bless the host home with a little gift so we purchased you some coasters for the home! Thank you.

Nice pool, but...

Nice location & neighborhood, but it's a really old house with limited upgrades; very livable, but needs a lot of work-old & dirty windows, low ceiling height (7'-3'), small bedrooms with inadequate lighting; dead & unmaintained & missing landscaping... Appears to have been unoccupied for a time and hurriedly put up for a rental without any thought to improvement. Nice pool though!

Great House Great Area

The house and pool are great. When little things come up, they are taken care of quickly. Neighbors are friendly, and Gulf Gate has a few good restaurants. The Italian Market and Paisona Bakery are highlights. Buddy's Bagels is ok.
