Fantastic location for a much needed beach break!

This clean, spacious cottage was less than 2 blocks from the beach pavilion and public pool. Less than 30 minutes off the interstate, we were at our destination, relaxing. It was the perfect place for the quick "beach recharge" that we were seeking after the holiday family obligations. Can't wait to come again!

Fun month in Lido Key

Excellent location. Suitable for two people. Great outdoor deck, but grill needs replacement. We were able to cook many of our meals instead of going out due to Covid.

Adorable, spacious beach studio

This place has everything you want in a location that is perfect for walking the beautiful beach practically across the street, walking South Lido Park, or walking St. Armand’s Circle. Loved every minute. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. Combine this with the affordable price, you get a very budget friendly vacation.

Great Location

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it here. This place is in an awesome location and we loved the back deck which we used a lot. Chair pads and grill were in rough shape. Not many electrical outlets either (one in bathroom wasn’t working). Even with the small inconvenience we would stay here again!!!!

Great Studio - perfect location - walk to beach and shops/food

Love this property For a studio it is huge - comfortable bed , workable kitchen, walking distance (1 block) to Lido Key Beach walking distance (few blocks ) to St Armands Circle with plenty of shops and restaurants. 3 hr drive to Disneyworld - close to Tampa International - also there is Sarasota Airport you could fly too as well. easy parking for vehicle Onsite washer / dryer for convenience. I would highly recommend this unit - best value you can find in Lido!

Prime location!

Studio apartment is still bigger than hotel room with all amenities. Loved the huge back deck. 5 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to St Armand’s. Very quaint & clean. Ernie checked up to see that we got in ok and during the week to see if we needed anything. We will be coming often to visit family and for the price, this place is perfect!! We loved it!

Everything in our unit was very nice. I only had 2 issues....1. The grass was pretty tall in front,not cut like the picture. 2. I wished I could've stayed a few more days! 😊 Seriously,it was quiet,and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Celebrating 70

The location of the property was excellent and in a nice neighborhood. It’s just a short 15 walk to Saint Armands Circle and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The cottage is perfect for two people who want to spend their time on the beach. Our biggest complaint was the couch was not comfortable for sleeping or watching tv. A little deep cleaning wouldn’t hurt - it was surface clean. The owners were prompt with responses. Very well stocked with a big deck.

Bed had not been changed over . Was full of sand and lint. Wife had numerous bites. We left after two nights and stayed elsewhere. Returned on last morning at 9:30 to make sure we had packed everything in our hast to get out and the cleaning person had already been inside and was finishing up even though check out time is 10:00.

Very outdated. One thing is being old but another is being poorly clean over the years. The worst part was a sickening smell of urine that hit you as soon as you open the door. The appliances were rusty Washer and dryer full of rust ; I couldn't put my laundry in it even if you pay me. Shower spray was made for a midjget not for a 6'4 husband. The bathroom towels very stained worn out I had a funny smell. The patio furniture: you couldn't seat on it it was dirty and full of mildew. I can't believe you can put a place like this for rent.!!! I love the area been there many times but this was a complete disappointment. Honestly I should be refunded!!!

Cute affordable place

House has a front & back rental, studio is in back. A few minor things that if I had known about would have been nice but in no way a deal breaker. Floor is painted concrete or terrazzo which I believe needs to be redone from time to time & more evident in bathroom & kitchen, or just a really good scrub,under stove needs a good cleaning. No condiments in fridge (may be a county law or just for safety & liability) first rental I was in that didn't have anything there, including salt and pepper, so that deterred us from really doing any cooking. I didn't want to spend the money on all the oils and spices for just a handful of meals. Also no tinfoil, ziploc bags, chip clips or containers with lids for leftovers etc. Things probably walk off, but hard when you are on vacation.Saw a fan in one of the pictures that I was excited about for sleeping but wasn't there. Ernie was VERY good about answering when I called for a couple things & took care of it right away. Deck is spacious & fun to sit at in the evening. Condo building to the west was not an issue for noise, nor was the neighborhood. St Armands circle (where most of the shopping & eating is at) gets to be very congested, so be patient, but you could easily walk to it, tho it's a few block away. If you want a low key eating place near by, check out The Old Salty Dog, on Ken Thompson Prkwy to the right before you cross the water to go to Long Boat Key. Also little food place (more quick sandwhich type) on the corner there overlooking water. Beach access is on the South side of Lido Beach Resort. Cleveland Drive is the street between two resorts but also seems more like a small parking lot.Boardwalk down by the beach that will get you there. We were told we could get through Suntide but they stopped us before we even got unto their property. About a 3ish minute walk to the beach. Lido Beach Resort has a cute Tiki Bar down by their pool for drinks. Public Beach is just a few blocks to the north & we found sand dollars in the water near the waters edge on & around the sandbar. Overall don't let the little things deter you just bring along what you need or forego it, just a heads up. King bed was appreciated! Firmer but I like that! Newer couch than pictured.All felt "beachier" not formal, which again I like! Comfortable, and private and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you for being prompt with answering & addressing the drain issue. Worked great after that. Cute place!

Very beautiful nice area, beach 5 minutes walk. Shopping and restaurants probably 15 minutes walk. The house needs a little upgrade but other wise clean, quiet, nice patio!
