Will rent again

Rented this property for my employees for work. We stayed there 2 weeks, place clean, convenient and comfortable after work.

6/10 Okay

My Opinion

This house was very clean. Was adequate for what we needed spur of the moment. House kind of smelled musty and old when we first entered it got better. The cleanliness made up for anything it was lacking. Not necessarily the best location to get out and take a walk in the community.

Major issues with property management, house was not clean, and not in compliance with local rental licensing. Ultimately received full refund. Beware of Vacasa management in this area.
