This luxury, beautifully renovated and fully furnished single-family residence offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Your lovely pets are also welcome here. Situated in the heart of beautiful Sarasota, you are just 1 mile from downtown, easily accessible by walking or biking, allowing you to explore the vibrant city life. Minutes away from Siesta Beach, the number one beach in the USA, as well as the local favorite, Lido Key Beach. The walkable Legacy Trail is perfect for morning walks, runs, or biking. 3 bikes are available for your group to use. Don't forget to visit the nearby Bayfront Marina and Park, St. Armands Circle, and the UTC open mall.

The Luxury Sports Vacation Pool House features an impressive private multi-sport court, perfect for your favorite games, including pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and badminton. It comes with an adjustable multi-sport net system, a basketball hoop, and all necessary paddles and balls. Court measures 56’ x 20’. The expansive enclosed pool area features a heated pool, outdoor seating, a dining space, lounge chairs and a 65” smart TV for your enjoyment. There is no pool fence but there is a pool alarm system installed for your peace of mind. Pool and sports court use must be under adult supervision only and it is under your full responsibility. Moreover, there is a game room with a ping pong table, sofa bed and a 55” smart TV.

The house features a vaulted ceiling in the main living area, a spacious sectional sofa set, kids table, reading cornet, 75” smart TV, creating an open and spacious ambiance ideal for both entertaining and everyday living. The living area overlook the inviting enclosed pool area, allowing you to open the sliders and enjoy an indoor/outdoor living experience on those perfect weather days. The living area seamlessly connects to the modern kitchen, promoting a sense of togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar that opens to a separate dining area. A spacious master bedroom with a comfy king bed, overlook the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool area, feature a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a 65” smart TV. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a bunk bed set with a double and twin size beds, fits a whole family comfortably. One more bedroom with a queen bed. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and beach towels.

Additional features include a beautiful private fenced backyard with a spacious grass area and tropical landscaping, a sprinkler system, a BBQ grill, 4 smart TVs (indoor and outdoor), high-speed Wi-Fi, a security camera system, an in-unit washer and dryer, a water softener for the entire house, an outdoor shed stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool floats, and a spacious circular driveway that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Smoking only allowed on the outside of the house. No smoking or vaping inside the house. No marijuana or drug use allowed on property, this includes medicinal use. No underage alcohol consumption on property.
