If you’re looking for a quiet beach community and an island lifestyle than you’re at the right place. The unit is decorated in island style with a king size comfortable bed, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. What’s really nice is at Lido you can park your car and walk (or bike) as everything you need is nearby. It’s not uncommon for our guests to Uber in for the week.

Like the outdoors? Lido has parks on the north and south end and the kayak park is two blocks away. The beach is a block away and we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Hungry? It’s a 5 minute walk to famous St. Armand’s Circle with 15+ restaurants and upscale boutique shopping. Our favorite spots are at Tommy Bahamas restaurant watching the crowds go by while sipping a martini or on the patio at the Columbia with a pitcher of cava sangria made table side.

Night on the town? Enjoy beautiful downtown Sarasota’s fine dining, theater, opera, ballet, art galleries, antique shops, and museums or just pass the time while strolling the shops of downtown Sarasota. Longboat key and Siesta Key are minutes away.

Linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided – just bring your toothbrush! If you forgot it – ask! We probably have it.

And if you have to work (ugh!) there's free Wifi and a small desk in the unit.

You name it and its nearby - golf, beach, bike, boat, sailing, some of the best fishing, fishing charters, aquariums, museums, shopping, wind surfing, kite boarding, swimming, great walking areas, theaters, opera, and on and on.

Place was better than advertised. We have stayed at 2 of Jans places now and she is one of the best host. Very nice place in a perfect location. Right by the beach or st Armand’s for entertainment.

The place was perfect for us. Really enjoyed it and easy to maintain. Best part it was a lot closer to the beach than it looked and easy access. Also, going to Armand Circle was such a breeze.

Amazing beach retreat

This was our second stay here. The condo had everything we needed with an ideal location for access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

Winter paradise

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! Great location. Loved the beach relaxing decor. Spent several afternoons, relaxing on the back patio under the palms. We enjoyed walking to the beach, St Armands and the neighborhood. Jan and Chris, our hosts, were delightful and offered helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

This spot was a lucky find! Walkable to Lido beach, the Trolley, and “the circle”.Our unit was freshly painted and redone due to the storms last fall. Highly recommend!!

Gem of a spot!

Terrific place! Bed comfortable, everything clean and tidy. Location cannot be beat! Communicated with the property owner via text, but there were no issues just some suggestions of places to enjoy in the area.

Lido Key Paradise

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was exactly as pictured! It was a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. It was also very easy to walk to St Armand’s Circle which had lots of shops and dining options! Jan was very responsive and available during our stay and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely go back and recommend this property to family and friends!

Post hurricaine tranquility

Other than the ice cream parlor closing, my adult sons and I enjoyed our holiday stay at Lido beach very much! The condo is clean and comfortable and well appointed w a great shower. The location cannot be beat - a short walk to the beach, Lido Resort outdoor dining, and Armand Circle. Don’t miss the beachfront park and free circulator bus to downtown! Our innkeeper could not have been nicer or more helpful. Two thumbs up!

Nice condo close to beach

This condo is a very short walk to both the beach and St Armand’s circle. It was very clean and comfortable, and Julie is a great hostess. It was also very well outfitted, with most everything you could need for both the beach and for cooking. The only downside was that there’s not much sunlight due to its location in the complex, and the paint could use a little refreshing.

New Year Vacation

We absolutely loved the condo and location. The condo is adorable, clean, as pictured and has everything you need. It’s homey, comfortable and quaint. We enjoyed walking to St Armand’s, Lido Beach is literally one block behind the condo, you can hear the ocean. We also drove to Ana Maria Island, Long Boat Key and Siesta Key! I would definitely stay here again without question…. 10/10. Very responsive host and she checked in mid-week to make sure we were doing ok.

Absolutely wonderful loved every moment spending time in this lovely condo. Everything you need is here. Lido Key Beach 3 min walk absolutely gorgeous. Saint Armands circle 5 min walk plenty of shopping and FOOD ! And there’s far too much to explore in the area. We need to come back! During our stay Janice looked after us as if we were a family member. Huge thank you and loads of love. We would love to return to this fabulous holiday home.
