Located in the private community of Lido Shores, with gated beach access and a community beach pavilion on the North end of Lido Key, this home is a modern dream. With two bedrooms in the main house, and two guest bedrooms above each garage with en suite bathrooms, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation home is perfect for entertaining, traveling families or couples. The open living area creates a spacious appeal, while the outdoor gas fireplace, BBQ area and patio seating draw you out into the warm Florida air. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite coutertops and modern cabinetry and sleek finish. The master retreat includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, double closets and a private zen garden with outdoor shower. The best feature of the home is the private open air pool leading right into the magnificent Sarasota Bay views. A modern zen lovers paradise, this home is also within walking distance to world-famous shopping mecca St. Armand's Circle with an assortment of stores, dining and entertainment options.     Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Lido Shores Sanctuary will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time here and will return next year. The house is exceptionally user friendly with a bright open living area looking out on a terrific pool area with a lagoon view. The house is walking distance from St.Armand’s Circle, an easy drive to Longboat Key and a 7-10 minute walk to a beautiful, private deeded beach. The house also has two big additional bedrooms in a separate wing. The only downside, which is what it is, is noise from Ringling Boulevard which is three houses away. After a while we did not notice the noise, and it did not negatively affect our stay. Overall a fantastic home, which we highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Lido Sanctuary for the month of December and will be returning for another visit in February. It is a beautiful modern, clean and bright home with a location that can’t be beaten. Waking up to the peacefulness of the Bay and ending with Sunsets at the private beach a few blocks away is the perfect way to live! The RVA operations team was terrific in helping every time we had a question or issue. St Armands is a 10 min walk into town with lots of restaurants and shops. Terrific experience and stay all around.
