Good location and price. We walked to downtown. Older place which could use some renovations. The elevator didnt work while we were there. Overall, it was what we expected for the price, compared to the price of other hotels available in the area.

This hotel is a good value considering its location on the edge of downtown. It’s a little older but well maintained with a pool, a friendly staff and a solid complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was good and offered several types of food. The room was clean. But, the furniture was outdated and worn out. It could do with freshening and new furniture. It was a good place to stay. But would be even better if the rooms were updated.

Warm & friendly hospitality and a great value too.

I want to commend Day Mgr John and each of his staff for their genuine desire to make their guests comfortable. I must admit that John went out of his way more than once for me and his efforts are greatly appreciated. I had other responsibilities so I was not able to take advantage of the workout room or pool, but the light breakfast buffet was perfect for my needs. Thank you all.

Nice, clean and convenient!

Nice little La Quinta hotel only five minutes from downtown...super friendly front desk staff, very clean, free parking, breakfast buffet included and updated rooms. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to stay with affordable prices near downtown Sarasota!

The hotel is old and they are in the process of remodeling the rooms, the room we had on the first floor is outdated but quite clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the gentleman who checked us in was very accommodating. I would stay here again !!

It's a little jewel minutes away from anywhere in Sarasota. Comfortable stay, clean rooms, great room service, and a healthy/hefty breakfast. Their delightful home-away-from-home service is the key to their success. It starts with their friendly manager and extends to his courteous staff. We will visit again!

This has been one of the best hotels ive stayed at since ive started traveling. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were clean and large and the bathrooms were clean and upkept. We had fresh soap and towels every day and were always greeted by staff with a smile. On top of the amazing room and staff, the breakfast that was included was amazing, the waffles really took the cake, if ever in the area again, ill be booking Wyndham.

It’s an older hotel, it definitely needs work. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls need painting and a little TLC.
