Location is everything

Located near one of the most amazing areas in Sarasota, the place had everything literally 5 min away. Property was well maintained for an older neighborhood. Check in / out was easy as possible, and the hist was fantastic. Strongly recommend!

Our new home away from home

Everything was amazing from checking in to the cleanliness of the home accessible to everything we needed. I would just suggest to bring your own washcloths and they only have one television in the home so if you have kids they’d like to watch TV they will have to share. lol

Our family of five were here for our family Thanksgiving weekend. Our daughter and her family live bearby.This home is family- friendly. It had everything in it that we needed during our stay.We went to Lido Key last night to watch sunset and had dinner at St. Armand's Circle. Both places and other recreation areas are within 30 minutes drive away. We recommend this home for a family getaway.

Property was exactly as advertised. Much better alternative to a hotel - full kitchen and nice dining area as well as living area with comfy sofa, tv, chairs, etc. It was a little hot to be outside but screened in porch was nice for morning coffee and had table/chairs for dinner option.Wifi/tv/AC/Electronic door lock/washer/dryer all worked great.Travel to/from Nathan Benderson park and Sarasota/beaches was super easy (10-15mins).
