Ya habíamos venido antes y la experiencia había sido increíble. En esta oportunidad, el jacuzzi no está funcionando, el desayuno fue muy limitado y no de la misma calidad que antes. Las camas, fueron un poco incómodas. Que triste, volvimos pero esta vez decidimos no volver por que todo cambió para desmejorar.

The outside of the facility is deceiving. It’s an old facility, BUT it is very clean and well kept. The inside looks remodeled. It is also very clean and well kept.

I stayed here a few years ago and was pleased with the property and value, which was why I booked again. However, it now has a rundown appearance. The room looks shabby, the kitchen cupboards are not that clean, and the white paintwork in the room is grubby. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom area was clean, although there is rust in the shower. The other issues are a lack of privacy curtains (the curtains do not pull right across, allowing people out side to see in when the lights are on. Also there is very limited parking near the rooms. This is particularly unacceptable when one is traveling alone. Fortunately, I was allowed to park close to the reception in a space not usually designated for parking.

No hot water and leaky toilet
Toilet ran all the time. I guess its ok it you can fall asleep to that. No hot water in the moring and I got up to shower at 6 am. Told the front desk and their respons was " yeah, that happens" so if you like cold morning showers and running toilets then this is your place.

1.No room key, we weren't able to leave the room because their key system was down and we would have to wait to find someone to let us back in. 2. Alarm went off at midnight 3. Hear everything through the walls and from outside 4. No HOT water 5. beds are hard 6. Parking is limited

The 1st room we got was not only dirty butt the toilet wouldn't flush! They put us in a 2nd room and it was just as dirty. There was dried food all over the front of the dishwasher and dead silverfish and mold in the shower! The pool had dirt in the bottom of it and needed to be cleaned. When we booked the hotel it looked nice from the online pictures....but the pictures were very deceiving and probably taken 15 years ago!! We expected more from a Hilton hotel...very disappointed 😞

room 112 needs bathroom door needs to be replaced, had to fight to get into the bathroom. other than that the room was clean and smelled clean too.breakfast could have been more hotter than what it was, dont know if they were short staff but when coffee ran out it took staff a long time to get it changed out.

Showed up late due to our flight delays, but tried to call the hotel more than once to let them know we were going to be late. There wasn’t any answer. When we showed up around 5am, the front desk attendant was sitting in the corner on her phone. She informed us that they cancelled our reservations because we “no-showed.” We were also charged a cancellation fee as well.we had to buy more rooms on top of what we had already paid prior too, and the additional cancellation fee. Around 6am, we finally got in to our room, I reached out to Expedia, and they also tried to call the front desk, with no answer. We were issued a refund, but not a full refund at the end of the stay.

Hotel was clean and quiet . Rooms have pots and pans and service for 4. Full size refrigerator, microwave, Dishwasher and garbage disposal. 2 burner cooktop NO OVEN! They have a nice area for grilling . Could use more room for parking . But definitely a really nice hotel

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen. Carpet a little worn. Public computer and printer was nice to print plane tickets and coupons. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Would stay again.
