The house is at the end of a quiet street, private yet centrally located, walking distance to a shopping center, US 41 , and with Downtown Sarasota to the north and Siesta Key & Venice to the South. Siesta Key Beach Distance = 4.8 Mi; 13 Min

***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.
