Cozy Cabana ....walk to the beach and St Armand's Circle!

On the side of the cottage you will discover a stairway leading to this recently remodeled one bedroom apartment completely private and independent of the rest of the house.
The fantastic deck has a BBQ grill, table, 2 chairs to enjoy meals, umbrellas and large hammock.
The comfy interior has a full kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The dining area is next to the large sliding doors creating the feeling of being outdoors. Sit and relax in the living area on a fun bean bag or full size couch and watch the 50 inch smart TV.
The bedroom suite has a queen bed with quality linens and full bath with shower. There is also a window air conditioner to keep extra cool.
The beach access is steps away and St Armand's is a quick walk. The location can't be beat. It's the perfect little beach get-away!

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in tandem on the right side of the driveway.

There is also a side yard for the apartment to use if guests ant to be outside at ground level. There is a nice picnic table under shade trees and a horseshoe pit.

Beach towels, rolling cooler and chairs are provided for a day at the beach accessed by the adjacent path. Someone said " it takes less time to walk from the house to the sand than it does to walk from the beginning of the sand to the water"
Yep....you are that close!
The beach access is next to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)
Cruiser bikes are provided for touring around Lido key!!

If an entire week is not in your vacation schedule please email me.......I can accommodate the nights needed then block the calendar for a total of 7 nights to comply with Lido Beach rules!

Lido Beach vacation

Wonderful stay. Very clean, cozy apartment just steps from Lido Beach and the shops and restaurants in St. Armand’s circle. Great host. Would love to come back here to stay again.

the rental has a great location close to St. Armands circle and the beach. The condo is very cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Absolutely Amazing!

Lisa is a wonderful owner! Everything was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. The cottage was exactly as described! Lisa will take care of you!All amenities were included and then some! We had breakfast or drinks on the deck every day and loved the living room to just hang out!Everything was clean and well maintained! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t settle for an expensive run of the mill hotel room, stay here!!

Charming cottage vibe

This property is very nice and is in a great location. We walked to Armand Circle for dinner every night and had an easy walk to the beach. We came for a workshop in downtown Sarasota, which is only a 10 minute commute. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Linda

Adorable one bedroom apartment in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Such easy access to beach and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on St Armand’s. Communication with host was great! Can’t wait to return next year.

Adorable, Comfortable, Perfectly-Located Cottage.

Truly an incredible place to escape. Perfectly located - across from the spectacular beach and less than 5-minute walk from shopping and dining. Spotless. Loaded with amenities. Everything You Want and Need

You just can't beat the location for easy beach access, a quick walk to Armand Circle restaurants and shops, and kayak tours a walk or short bike ride away. Downtown Sarasota is a bike ride or short drive across the bridge which gets you some interesting sites, museums, theaters, etc. Lisa's space is both cosy and feels spacious with the open plan and the outdoor deck. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach equipment and bikes mean you have everything right there when you arrive. Hope to be back.

Beach cottage extraordinaire

This beach cottage could be in a movie. Perfectly furnished and clean with all the amenities you’ll need and want with access to the beach just across the main road. This unit provided privacy and a serenity that beats most places! It really doesn’t get better than this! The owners have thought of everything…beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, Google speaker, bbq on deck, etc. Also walking distance to St Armand’s circle for meals and shopping. If you’re looking for quiet and convenience this is the place. We also had amazing communication with the owner when we had a question. We’ll definitely be back!

Location, location, location

Cozy cabana was absolutely perfect for us since we wanted to spend the majority of time at the beach. The beach is a 2 min walk and they have everything to enjoy the beach. Seeing the sunset every night was also a highlight. Exceptional dining is a very short walk too. We enjoyed kayaking through the mangroves and exploring north and south Lido beaches and nature areas. Comfy bed, wonderful porch and everything we needed in the house. We can’t wait to return!

A Perfect Place

For two great weeks, my wife and I stayed at this wonderful property. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed several evenings grilling on the large deck and appreciating the nice weather. Our little dog also loved relaxing on the deck and playing with the available toys. The neighborhood was quiet and less than a block from the beach, a short walk to St. Armands Circle, and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown. The location was perfect. We met Lisa, who was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return to Sarasota and stay here again!

Chilled vibe

Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Comfortable bed and steps to beach. All linens, towels and beach towels provided. Including basic kitchen supplies eg salt, pepper, spices, oils, squeezy and ice plus ice packs in freezer. Nice hair dryer and plenty of towels. Great hosts. Thoroughly recommend. Great bikes to use too, we well used the beach items, parasols, chairs, beach wagon, including beach towels. Huge washer and dryer in garage to use, with powder there, so thoughtful. Plenty of extra plug in fans if required Great stay . There are some lie ins at corners of rooms but only a problem if really tall

Perfect for a couple

This was our first time staying in Lido Beach, and I'm so glad we found this property! First, the apartment had everything you could need for a stay. My favorite part however was the large deck - it was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. All the supplies for a day on the beach are there! And we didn't use the washer & dryer, but they looked practically brand new. The location is perfect! A couple minutes walk and you're on the gorgeous beach. A ten minute (or less) walk in the other direction and you are at St. Armand's Circle. We couldn't have asked for a better location! The owner was great to work with, letting us know the particulars of the unit and suggestions for the area; and she was very responsive when I reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming cottage

Highly recommend this place! My wife and I stayed for a week and enjoyed our time. Lisa was very helpful, responsive and always available if we had any questions. The cozy apartment was clean and a super short walk - just a few minutes - away from the beach. The apartment comes fully stocked with beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and fat tire cart (this made our stay even better!) - Lisa really makes sure that the apartment is well-appointed with literally anything you might need. Bikes are also available to bike around the area. Property is close to St Armands Circle (5-10 min walk). One thing to note is that some of the ceilings are low since it's a charming older cottage - so watch your head. Some people may find the bedroom window AC a bit noisy but most of the day you are out at the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and there is a private washer/dryer. This place is a gem and will definitely stay again!

A special treehouse at the beach - cozy and well equipped complete with a balcony. Ideal location on Lido Key - access path to the beach, near St. Armand’s Circle, and a Bayrunner free trolley stop to take you to beautiful downtown Sarasota! Lisa and Bill are wonderful hosts!

Wonderful getaway!

We had such a nice visit to this magical cottage that had everything to make your home away from home perfect. It is in a perfect local to walk to town/shopping and super close to the beach! We loved every second of our stay!
