The private heated pool has a swim-up tiki bar. That's the line that makes guests stop scrolling — and it's accurate. Pull up to the bar without leaving the water, pour something cold, and let the day slow down. There is no other pool like this in the Holmes Beach rental portfolio.
Coco Cabana was completely renovated in 2025. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open layout with coastal-inspired furnishings throughout. Two of the bedrooms have king beds — a configuration that works equally well for two couples or a family where the adults want proper beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids or two guests who don't need to share. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything needed for meals at home — or poolside snacks, which is what the tiki bar was made for. The living room is open and well-lit with comfortable seating and streaming TVs. High-speed WiFi throughout. In-unit washer and dryer means packing light is genuinely possible. Keyless entry means no key coordination on arrival.
The Gulf beach is within walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island — shops, restaurants, and all three cities — without moving your car. Two parking spaces are included.
Coco Cabana is pet-friendly — a pet fee applies. Parking for two vehicles included. Quiet residential neighborhood — guests are asked to keep noise at a respectful level throughout the day and evening.
Coco Cabana requires a one-week minimum stay.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Could not recommend this place more highly! Came down for a trip with friends and loved everything about it. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking big meals. The bedrooms are all clean, comfortable, and airy. The bathrooms are both magnificent. The true highlights are the backyard pool and the short (less than 10 min) walk to the beach. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to come back! We had a question about something with the pool and someone from the rental company came out within an hour to check it out. The management company regularly checks in. Every detail is accounted for, including beach chairs and a wagon. We loved it!

We love the house, and the pool. Very well kept and clean. Unfortunately we had to vacate after 2 days due to Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation of Anna Maria Island. Hopefully we can plan another trip and be able to stay the entire week. The 2 days we were at the house we were very satisfied

Although the cleaning company was there until 4:30pm on check in day it was manageable. The house was very nice, clean and located close to everything we wanted. A hot tub would have been nice seeing that it was a bit chilly a few days. Washing machine needed a repair which was done quickly. All in all a very nice property.

The home that we stayed in was a close enough walk to the beach and to the trolley that we had all of the amenities and daily activities that a family would want. The cherry on top was the private pool and the quiet that overtakes the residential area around 9pm. Its a wonderful place for those looking to relax with their spouse and children. This was not only a much needed oasis to relax and decompress from a very hectic life, it felt like our private paradise pool area. I love the water, my happy place, and we spent a lot of time out back. The kitchen (and entire unit) was hands-down the best stocked place we've ever visited (and we've stayed at many rentals). I love to cook and everything I could ask for was there! We spent evenings watching sunsets on beach. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.:-)

Our group of 6 adults had a fantastic stay at Coco Cabana! The property is immaculately clean and very well stocked with everything you would need in a “home away from home”. We loved the pool area - so private and tropical We had the excitement of Hurricane Eta pass over us during our stay. Christine and Jerry - the owners - as well as the management company Island Vacation Properties - made sure we were safe and knew how to contact them. The cottage is so convenient to everything we wanted - beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We love AMI and hope to stay at this hidden gem in the future. Thanks Christine and Jerry for sharing your place! Our 10 year anniversary was very memorable.

The rental process was smooth from start to finish. We had zero issues with our rental and found the management company to be easily accessible and knowledgeable. The home was beautiful with beach decor throughout. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we could possible need. The pool was perfect for our four children and going to the beach was easy and convenient with the beach wagon and all beach supplies you could need. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The location is great with The Ugly Grouper right at the end of the street and many shops and restaurants just a short walk or golf cart ride away.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week and loved every second of our stay. The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need (if you plan to cook). It's a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the Ugly Grouper (but you don't hear any noise really). Loved the large pool too. We had such a nice, relaxing week away from it all.

May, 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Cabana! It was a hard decision each day between the pool, the beach, or both! The pool set up with the chairs, table, tiki hut, and landscaping was resort level! The house is well maintained and fully set up for renters including kitchen needs, pool/beach towels, and pool/beach floats, chairs, umbrellas. We had stayed off AMI before but we did prefer this location as we were able with a short drive/golf cart up to the Doughnut Experiment and Two Scoops ice cream on the north end of the island. We will definitely look for this house again when we return to AMI.
