Had a very pleasant stay here, property manager/host was responsive and helpful, condo is very comfortable and quiet. Has everything we needed so we could just relax and have a nice time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive, immediately solving the few problems we had with access. Wes kept in touch and went over and beyond when I left a couple of items behind to send them to my home. We rented ebikes for the week and were able to get almost anywhere easily. Highly recommended!

10 mins to downtown Sarasota area, 20-30 to Siesta Key. Problems with key pad for checking in at first (numbers on door wouldn’t light up), but was remedied by manager.

A friend and I needed a little easy getaway and this was perfect. Easy access/short drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. If you’re on the ground floor note that the upstairs can be a bit noisy.

This house was perfect! Close to downtown and just 15-20 minutes to Siesta Key. Owner was super responsive to some minor needs. Loved neighborhood as 2 streets down was beautiful street near the water. great for running, walking, biking. I would stay here again!

Had never been to Sarasota so was not sure what to expect as far as the location. The house itself was great, had everything we needed to cook our own meals as desired, plus a dedicated parking space for our rental car. It's literally two minutes from the airport (SRQ) but virtually no airport noise. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walks ... like 15 minutes through cool homes down Bay Shore to the park. Downtown is about 5 minutes, and it's down the street from Ringling, which is also really cool. Tampa-St Pete was less than an hour, not a bad drive. Would definitely recommend if this scenario appeals to you. Also, the hosts were very communicative and responsive, security worked exactly as described.

Great location in a lovely, walkable, shady neighborhood right off of Tamiami Trail. Close to both downtown and St Armand’s. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. We struggled with the TV. Loads of streaming options, button next to no sports programming and access was difficult. My husband ended up watching March madness on his iPad. We had the first floor unit, so easy move in & move out. Steep steps lead to the second floor, so be sure about which unit you are renting.

Nice property but we wish we could have gotten partial refund fund for havig the stay cut short due to the evacuation for the hurricane. A little disappointed that no effort was made by the owners to do this.

Easy to find. Good parking. Walking distance to the beach, and a nice neighborhood to walk through to the beach but the beach area is very small. Lock box code didn’t work for check in so called emergency number and received a quick call back and easy instructions to get a key.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the Condo. We definitely would recommend it. It is very nice inside and out. It was nice to be able to cook instead of always going out to eat. I loved that we could also stay up on our laundry. So glad we chose this home!

Clean apt, well appointed, nice kitchen. Convenient to the airport, to the Ringling museum. Convenient to food shopping and pharmacies. An easy drive to downtown, and to public access beaches. The property manager is responsive via text messages to questions.

A friend and I were needing to get out of town and this was perfect for us. Everyone was super helpful. The apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking.

This unit was very nice and nicely decorated. We had an issue with the unit above us leaking in to our bathroom. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly. The location was great for us, half way between the airport and Lido beach with a Walmart Market, dollar store & CVS/Walgreens at the end of the street. A little disappointed that the coffee maker was a small 5 cup machine - with 3 adults that drink coffee, we had to make quite a few carafe's each morning.
