Location,location,location

Nice updated duplex with all you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is just across the street. Any issues we had were taken care of promptly. The location is great for going to downtown Sarasota as well as going south toward Venice. Convenient to grocery store and retail shopping.

Overall very nice. Great pool, nice people, lovely condo. A bit far from shops and the beach. Found some nice restaurants but didn’t like the busy hwy 41.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was recently remodeled with all new appliances and felt very open and airy with the vaulted ceilings. It was a great location within the complex, right across from the pool, grills and clubhouse, as well as being close to many good restaurants and shopping. Management was very responsive to any questions or concerns, having someone come out the very next day! We would recommend this unit to anyone looking to rent in the South Sarasota area.

Very large modern space

We loved this place! It was spotless, and the high ceilings made it feel extra spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and baking. The location was perfect—very close to Costco, Target,Walmart and the YMCA. Siesta Key was about 20 minutes away.The home had a calm, beachy vibe, and we were sad to leave. The only downside was the ice maker, which wasn’t working. The host sent maintenance, but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. We felt it would have been nice to be offered a bag of ice or an ice tray. Other than that, the stay was perfect and we would love to stay again.
