Beautiful renovated 4th floor Condo across the street from Lido beach
- Beautiful 2 bedroom 4th floor condo located on Lido Key (Sarasota). Enjoy beautiful walks, the beach and the nice pool/hot tub on-site facilities. A walk across the street to the Lido beach and a 20 minute walk to St. Armand's circle. Cable, internet, Utilities all included. Bar-b-q, and bicycle rack's available in lower level. 2 Bedrooms accommodate 4 people with +2 people when needed on a fold-out bed in living room (maximum 6 occupants as per condo association rules). All rental requests require a minimum rental of 1 month (i.e. 28 days) and all rental requests require a signed/approved condo association rental agreement (at no additional cost).
