    features a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, double sink bathroom vanity, an extended living room/family room, inside laundry room, and a screened-enclosed lanai. The open kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, cups, glasses and utensils you need.

    Relax in the rear lanai with the view of a peaceful pond abound with wildlife. This unit comes with a covered 1-car parking space (carport) .

    The resort like amenities of the Ashton Lakes Community include two heated swimming pools, clubhouse, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and beautifully-maintained and manicured grounds. Delightful Winter!

Thanks to this lovely vacation retreat I had a delightful winter. No cold or snow to contend with. It is well appointed and has a lovely lay out. I especially liked the convenience of the location and enjoyed the friendliness of the complex. Any issues that arose were immediately attended to making this deserved grade of A+.
