    Relax in three spacious and stylish furniture bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, the other rooms have a queen bed and two full beds. Plenty of space for storage! The master bedroom has a wall length closet and a large, screened door to the pool area.

    The two modern bathrooms are stocked with all essentials for your comfort and convenience. A master bathroom has a new modern a walk-in shower. We got you covered with plenty of extra towels and eco-friendly toiletries.

    * KITCHEN & LOUNGE *
    A fully equipped kitchen makes a food preparation a pleasurable experience. Coffee, tea, olive oil, and essentials spices - all provided. Enjoy your quality time with family or a favorite show on a smart TV with friends in the spacious comfortable living room with a large TV. Additional family room with TV is very convenient or family with children.

    * OUTDOOR SPACE *
    The sparkling pool and large outside area will be your favorite place to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool or grill some local seafood/BBQ on the outdoor grill and enjoy your company at the dining table that seats 6 under the open sky. Outdoor lighting sets the tone for the evening.


    * BEACH SUPPLIES *
    Ready for the beach? Siesta Key Beach is only 15 min away. We provide 6 beach towels, 4 lightweight beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers (2 different sizes), an umbrella, and some beach toys for children.
    The entire house is yours to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!

    The "Pack and Play" , a highchair, and a stroller for children are available. There is an additional fee for heating the pool during cold months ( November 15- April 15) $20/night. The pool temperature will be around 82-84 degrees.

To all - I made a mistake initially by clicking on the T. The screen did not render properly on my phone. Rather, the home was an excellent find for us. It was well appointed, spacious, in a nice neighborhood and suitable for 5 adults. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Lana was very accommodating and kept in constant contact. I would highly recommend this rental if you are in the Sarasota area.

Perfect rental property for enjoying Sarasota

Perhaps the best VRBO rental I've ever stayed in! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, pasta, rice, cereal, etc) and the pool area was clean with plenty of seating for eating and lounging.

The host communication was on point. We requested an early check-in, and it was granted for 2 hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling all morning. The house was everything that was described online and in the customers' reviews; we did not want for anything, and it was incredibly relaxing. I will book this home again when visiting family.

This has to be the most equipped VRBO house we have ever stayed at. The outside pool space is unbelievable. Yes, we enjoyed the pool in February. Location is perfect and close to everything Sarasota.

Great stay near Siesta Key

This was an excellent accommodation for our family vacation, close to everything we wanted to do. House was clean and the locale was very peaceful. We had lots of rain during our stay but it did not keep us from utilizing the outdoor facilities and pool. Set in a downtown location with Siesta Key Beach nearby, about 10-15 minute drive. We will definitely keep this property in our plans for future vacations.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house was perfect for our family! The house was very clean upon arrival and Lana checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our standards and to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to everything. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the afternoons & evening after a long day of playing soccer. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area and will recommend it to other family & friends! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Friendly and clean property

Our host, Lana, was incredibly responsive and friendly. The house was in excellent condition, and it was well stocked with beach supplies. It was in great location for my family, close to beaches and our friends in Lakewood Ranch! The pool had privacy, and the shower had great water pressure :) The bathrooms were immaculate. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back next year! Thank you Lana!

We found the house to be an amazing little Haven for our 10 day stay. Everything was very clean. Plenty of stuff for the beach. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels . Pantry was dry well stocked. Everything was very clean and amazing. Communications with Lana the owner was amazing. All the questions or concerns were resolved in a very timely fashion. Definitely recommend.

Ladies Birthday Beach Weekend

We loved our stay at Lana's house. It was welcoming, clean, well-appointed and there were details that were so thoughtful! I would book this location again. My friends and I were there to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the beach. Lana has beach accessories that we used including the chairs, wagon and umbrella. The bathrooms have everything you would need. The beds are comfortable. This is a great house that feels like you are home. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful time! Lana is a wonderful host and is very responsive. The house is super cute and cozy and was very clean. She provided everything we needed for our stay. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe on our evening walks. She provided everything we needed to go to the beach including a wagon and beach chairs. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. I highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much!

Pool woes

This home was clean. In a good neighborhood. When we arrived we noticed that the pool was not filtering, the water level was low and the water was freezing. We reached out to the host. She insisted that it was fine. On Saturday we noticed the outside roof was leaking. Again we reached out to the host. She sent a repairman out. The leak was related to the filtration system. The repairman was at the property Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Eventually replacing the pool pump/filter.He filled the water to the right level and we were finally able to use the pool Tuesday. Please read carefully as this host changed many of the house rules after payment.

We had a great time at Lana's house, very clean, very well equipped with all the amenities. Nice and relaxing, peaceful and quiet next to the heated pool. I would highly recommend this place, definitely would stay here again.
