The outdoor porch has two sitting areas, one on the patio with a grill and a couple of chairs protected with mesh for when the mosquitoes come out at night. The other sitting area has chairs and tiki lights that can be lit at any time. There is a fire pit to enjoy a night to relax and have time together after an eventful day.

The property was good for what we payed for it. It was very close to the airport which was perfect and a half hour away from the freedom factory. Overall happy with the stay.
The house was clean, well equipped kitchen and other needs for a long weekend. We were in town for IMG academy and was 20 minute easy drive. Owner was very responsible. Recommend the house!
The property was perfect for our family holiday. The only glitch was the lack of hot water and Karen was on top of it as soon as she was notified

Twice we booked this property, and both times it was a last minute booking, literally the night before. Because we were leaving very early, we asked the manager of the property to provide us with the address, but instead of simply answering the question, she referred us to the app to fetch the address from there. When we arrived, we discovered that the hand soap bottles in the bathrooms were empty (instead they put the tiniest soap bar we have ever seen, literally 1 inch long), the beach towels were so old, torn and ripped, as they had been bought before my grandma was even born. For the kind of money they charge, they could afford to replace the stained bath towels and disgustingly old beach towels. As well as dirty decorative pillows in the family room. There was no simple "welcome" or "thank you for staying with us" either. So, this property is not the one that brings nice memories and the desire to return.
The house was okay. The neighborhood was a bit rundown. The island countertop was not attached. You could literally lift it off. It was a hazard. The home was generally clean (except there was a mess of dirt and hair that accumulated in the cable behind the door in the 2nd bedroom which was gross. The home is older and while some updates had been done, there was much more work to be done (in our opinion). The price was discounted so it was worth what we paid. That said, we would not choose to stay there again. Host was responsive. Kitchen and baths had everything you might need. And…for what we paid, the space was certainly better than a hotel.
