Step inside this quaint Florida home, spread out and settle into your Sarasota vacation! Throughout the house, large windows display the lush garden and massive live Oak in the front yard, while tasteful decorations and colorful walls add pizazz to the interior.
Plush couches invite you to unwind in the spacious living area. After a day on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or read the novel you've always meant to start. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the warmth of natural light.
Outside, a 1,300-square-foot lanai with a 23x15-foot pool awaits you and your travel companions. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water before lounging under the sun in the protection of the covered patio. Before dinner, enjoy cocktails and snacks around the comfortable outdoor furnishings while the kids play a game of football on the well-manicured lawn.

Sarasota House

The property was very clean. The house had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed using the pool, playing cards and games and the amazing patio. Most beaches were 20 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Evelyn was amazing communicating with us. Would 100% stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe.

Great House

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

Relaxing getaway

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more, even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Beds were so comfy. Pool was great, so nice to be able to go swimming at anytime, day or night. House is located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

Getting away from winter weather

We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

A pleasant winter getaway

This home was quiet, clean and as presented. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the split floor plan was great for adults and children. Hidden Gem

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

Best VRBO Ever!

Just returned from a wonderful week’s vacation in paradise. Honestly, everything was perfect. The lanai is icing on the cake. Fantastic House

This house had anything and everything you could possibly need! The house was exceptionally maintained and so clean! Everything worked as it should. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels. The pool was clean and we had a blast. Evelyn checked in with us to make sure everything was OK.

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family

The home was perfect for our family. My son and daughter in law and grandson had one whole wing of the house and on the other side of the house was the very large master bedroom for my wife and me. In the middle of the home was a large living area and well stocked kitchen which allowed us to make meals. The best part of the home was the pool and large lanai. My four year old grandson spent ever minute he could in the pool. The rest of us were in and out of the pool and enjoying the weather sitting outside under the covered area of the lanai. It was a perfect setup. We even used their grille to cook hot dogs and burgers for our last night there.

So Happy we found this wonderful property! Im from Sarasota and go home very year. Our last place was sold and then we found this beautiful place! Very clean and everything you need. Evelyn was easy to communicate with and super friendly! The pool is very private and we were outside every night. I saw there was a comment about the neighborhood. That is the Sarasota charm and style. Some houses may not have the renovations that this house or others have done but friendly folks! We will return over & over, Thanks! Jennifer

Vacation

This is a simple process. We all enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful. I did accidentally break a small piece ( i am 6 '7") the first time it just knocked it off. It no longer stuck. I reported the issue. Was informed of a replacement that was a success. A whole day later i did it again. Only the sticky part stayed. So since i failed successfully, i bought some glue and left it with the home with a note upon are departure. I tried not to let that bother me. But still felt bad. We were delighted our vacation was an unforgettable experience we will never forget. We took lots of pictures, seen various birds not native to us. Even three screech owls that were perching on the pool aviary. This was truly a momentous vacation. We were saddened to leave ,but truely glad to enjoyed are stay in this home.

3 couples for a week

Traveled to Florida for a week with 3 couples. Evelyn's house was as advertised and she was very responsive to any questions we had even before checkin. The checkin process was as easy as can be. The house had plenty of space with 3 bed and 3 bath for our group and large living and dining areas. We found anything we needed to cook several meals during the week and the gas grill was in great shape. The house was very well stocked up with towels for bath and pool/beach. There were several chairs and 2 umbrellas that we used on the beach. They got the job done but were a little older. The neighborhood was quiet and was near about anything you could need. Most importantly the back yard was private with chairs, pool floats/noodles, two sitting areas and a very nice heated pool. We will definitely seek out Evelyn's house when we travel to Sarasota again in the future.

Great place to stay

We stayed here 7 weeks and it was perfect, nice clean house and nice layout, clean heated pool. Nice backyard with lots of neat birds singing. We will stay here again someday.
