Recently updated, quiet cottage looks so small from the street, but the layout makes the living areas feel spacious and inviting.
The street is so quiet but literally one minute from the very busy Bee Ridge road that takes you to the beach and multiple stores.
You can walk to a grocery store very close, but would recommend having a car or using Uber.

Super cute place, communication was easy with the host. Great little street with more cute homes, felt like a good area. The inside of this cottage is the best, super clean and brand new. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the bed, which is memory foam so it already has an indentation in it and it seems rather small, the pillows were not great. They do need a least one large cooking pot but I’m a Chef so take that with a grain of salt. I love the fact that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is close enough to everything. Lovely spot for a short stay.
