hotel was immaculate, right down the street from the markets! I loved the location, felt safe, everything was amazing and clean! Rooftop restaurant a little disappointed in the options they had, wish they had more but the drinks were great!

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
As usual Shangri-la was good just like other locations we have stayed like kuala lumpur, Dubai. One feed back for Chiang Mai - breakfast can be be better, but disappointing. Otherwise all good.

When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Astra Sky River Chiang Mai By Fang
Everything else was clean, but she sheets had a funny smell like it was not changed. Also those throw pillows smell and it was on top of the bed.
