"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"Einrichtung war wunderbar und unfassbar sauber, aufgeräumt und schön eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir das Gefühl inmitten einer Riesen Gruppe untergebracht zu sein die sich abends lautstark unterhalten was direkt im Blickfeld vor unserem Mobilehome war. Ansonsten war alles prima. Aber man sollte wissen dass die Nähe zum See nicht ganz so nah ist, wie es aussieht. Aber insgesamt ein tolles Konzept. Wunderschöne und saubere, moderne Anlage. "Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"

"Nice hotel, booked a suite for 1 night on the way to locarno, very nice room & wish i had booked for longer to take in varese more but i know now for next time. Very good breakfast & we made use of the nice swimming pool before leaving, my great granddaughter loved it & said the room was VIP with 2 balconies & 2 bedrooms so that made us laugh. Would stay again & an easy drive from malpensa."

"Absolutely stunning hotel and I’m so glad I found it. All the good parts - the hotel room was stunning, we had a beautiful view of the pool and the lake, the room was comfortable and included all the toiletries you would need expect and a bit more. The spa had some wonderful facilities, we enjoyed massage chairs, a salt room, an infra red sauna as well as the standard sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was nice but not so warm and didn’t bubble too much but that didn’t matter as everything else was perfect. We had a couple of rainy days here so this spa came in useful to pass some of that time. The hotel itself was unbelievable - contemporary beauty overlooking Lake Lugano. The lounge area had wonderful relaxed seating - perfect for us as we played chess on our last day whilst waiting to depart. The staff were more than accommodating. The stay included a complimentary continental breakfast which was ample and you could order extras if you wished. We didn’t but only because we were up and out most days to head off and explore. The dinner menu offerd during our stay for not reflect the online menu and I found it was limited and expensive - 80 Swiss Francs for pasta plus a starter and desert seemed over priced. The location of the hotel was super regarding the Lake, however once you’re out of the hotel, there were very few places to eat or drink that would align if you were looking for 4-5 star restaurants and wine bars. The area was very quiet and limited."
