Clean hotel with English-speaking staff. Beach was nice, and hotel includes 2 sunbeds and umbrella. We didn't eat at the restaurant (due to poor reviews), but did have the breakfast, which was ok (and included). Drinks seemed a bit overpriced for the area. Waited for a drink once for 45 minutes, only to find out they had to go the store for ingredients (but didn't tell us). Staff at restaurant were nice as well, and changed our drink order without problem. Would stay here again for this price. But, for a bit more money, you can find a nicer hotel in the area.

Booking:3 nights , double room king bed balcony with sea view. Upon check in did not receive the room booked. When questioned I was transferred to another room although still not one with a King Size bed. This hotel has recently been renovated and newly refurbished so everything looked clean and new. Room was comfortable size with aircon, flat screen tv and a bed with a firm mattress, good wifi. Bathroom: no shower curtain or screen so pretty wet after showering. Housekeeping great, always coming back to a clean room and clean towels. Breakfast a good spread incl fresh fruit etc although coffee pretty weak and no tea or sugar.... BUT.... the empty pool as well as the beach were being worked on so we could not use these facilities. I think hotels should send booking sites notifications re renovations so we as customers can make a more informed decision when booking... we had planned sightseeing as well as some relaxing at the pool/beach. As such I was disappointed and have rated this hotel lower as I paid for facilities I could not use. Run by a friendly family and a 10 minute walk from downtown Saranda. I was informed the works would be finished mid June so check beforehand re use of pool/beach area . No doubt great when completely finished.

Two night stay at Kompleks Joni

The hotel is ok, but the swimminpool in the pictures are actually for the neightbour 4 star hotel, which we are alowed to use. That area are very very nice - and really good part of the stay. But this hotel, rooms were fine for the price and view were great. The staff at reseption were super friendly and helpfull. BUT there was little service outside of this. We asked for late checkout, since we were just waiting a buss later that afternoon. They sayd we could not check out earli, and as soon as possible after 10.00. Latest 10.30. My booking papers said check out was at 11.00. Then I had a lot of luggage to back, since I came directly from one week camp -and all had to be rearranged. I was almost ready at 11.00, but 10 min over the cleaning lady comes inside saying harsly "get out, out, out" ! when I really just had 2 min left for finishind my stuff and leaving. That was really not a good experience. I saw the cleaners later at the hotel at the lobby, doing nothing, so I dont see the hurry and hotel did not seem sold out either. If they are hussing the clinents, just so they can finish, when all other hotels are pleased to help if you need a late checkout - if no one else is coming for the room exactly at checkin time. Also the breakfast was really NOT good - few things to choose from, and all hot meals were i boxses not grill, so if you arrived 15 min before breakfast close, you would get cold omeletes, meat etc. I would rather pay more, and stay next door hotel !

Nice hotel with own beach and swimming pool.Rooms have a good view on Corfu Island. Wonderful and helpfull staff. The room didn't have any small table, kitchen utensills and curtains in the shower.
