Great hotel and great service

Everything was perfect - really great hotel, super service, completely new rooms, great breakfast - super stay. It’s a bit a way from center and you need a taxi or a car.

Rooms were perfectly cleaned and modern, can see the view of the sea, and get a nice breeze. The breakfast was limited but still nice! The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is high up on the hills, so be ready to hike! Its very quiet in the area but safe.

The room was very clean. Nothing bad to say. You will need a good car for the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately one of us fell down from the car as the driver accidentally drove fast. 2 staff helped give us medical attention with bandages ect. The kind and sincere gesture was unforgettable. The location of the hotel was alittle bit of an outskirts from Sarande town which was perfect as it was not loud and perfect scenery from the balcony you can see the sunset. The downside is that having thin blanket with a cold room and no kettle was a bit of a problem for us. But considering that the hotel is still new it was understandable.

Très déçu

L’hôtel est très difficile d’accès. Google Maps a du mal à le localiser et il est perché en haut d’une pente extrêmement raide (environ 40°). Pour aller à la plage à pied, il faut descendre toute la pente et marcher encore 25 minutes. Le personnel n’est pas accueillant : sourire forcé, limite glaçant. La chambre est minuscule : en ouvrant la porte, on tombe directement sur le lit. La salle de bain est mal pensée et très mal agencée.

Hôtel très propre! Petit déjeuner varié et très bon ! Difficile d’accès si on n’a pas de voiture car route pour y accéder qui grimpe énormément!

Chambre propre et moderne ! Le personnel gentil et serviable. Vu magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil mais attention pour l’accessibilité de l’hôtel, il y une montée d’environ 40 degrés.

Nytt hotell med acceptabel personalservice

Ett bra hotell som ligger ganska långt från Sarandë centrum (om man inte har tillgång till bil). Det är ganska mycket biltrafik för att komma in till centrum eller hamnen. Det är ganska mycket att gå om man inte har tillgång till bil. Det är en bränd uppförsbacke för att komma till hotellet. Du har hyfsat nära en strand med 15 min promenad. Bra frukost och en acceptabel personalservice.

Notre séjour a été tout simplement incroyable ! L’accueil était chaleureux et attentif. On nous a même aidés à louer une voiture, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus facile. À chaque fois que nous avions une question, les jeunes femmes à la réception avaient toujours une réponse rapide et précise. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, et les chambres étaient impeccables et bien entretenues. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y reviendrai sans aucun doute !

Je recommande !

Hotel tout neuf, tres propre. Literie confortable et personnel chaleureux et a l’ecoute ! Petit bemol : pas de porte de douche donc on en met un peu partout.. et dommage qu’un hotel soit en construction juste devant. Autrement la vue aurait ete splendide ! Rien a voir avec l’hotel mais l’acces est off road avec une grande pente. Privilegier les boites auto ou alors maitrise parfaite du demarrage en cote ;) Globalement, je recommande.
