The staff were friendly and helpful. The area was very convenient for shopping and food options. However i room was not cleaned once whilst we were there. I had to take garbage bags out myself downstairs in the lobby. Also there were no lifts.

Good with reservations

Quet location very close to old town, good selection for breakfast and staffed 24 hours with generally obliging staff. I had to make my own bed on arrival, nothing of my room was cleaned the week I stayed, and my room smelt of smoke. I enjoyed it though.

this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, its a 0.5 star

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bedsheets were dirty, and the floors were filthy, which made for a very uncomfortable and unsanitary stay. The lack of attention to hygiene was appalling, and it's clear that the hotel management does not prioritize the well-being of their guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and clean stay. It's unfortunate, as my expectations were not met, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

Sinceramente un muy buen sitio para hospedarse con amigos, pareja o familia en el centro de Sarajevo. Muy correcto todo aunque el desayuno un poco incompleto, estaría bien mayor variedad.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Sıcak karşılama. Konum çok iyi hemen altınsa başçarşı var market var. Otopark olarak kendi çıkmaz sokaklarını kullanıyorlar sorun değil yer var sokaklar dar tabi ama otopark sorununuz olmaz. Temizlik zayıf Yatakların konforu çok kötü özellikle çocuk yatağının yelleri çıkmış resmen. Buzdolabı yok odalarda havlu eksik ve temiz değil. Aynı şekilde yastıklar ve battaniye de. Temizlik ve ilgi konusu zayıf yani Kahvaltı çok iyi diyemem bence otelin bu yıldızına daha iyi kahvaltı yakışır Bir daha tercih eder miyim sanmıyorum ☺️ Bu arada yatağın altında siyah poşete sarılmış kocaman bişey gördük ilk başta ceset sandık resmen 😅 bu nedir ya alın bence onu odadan

El hotel estaba correcto, sobre todo en pleno centro Habitación grande, Calidad precio correcta Y el personal muy amable Pero la ducha no tenía ni cortina ni mampara y el agua salía disparada fuera, es un problema para ellos y para el viajero

Sale, vétuste, mauvais état,

A fuir !!! L’hôtel est vieux mais super bien placé. C'est ultra vieux et pas du tout entretenu et c'est vraiment dommage car vraiment bien situé. Les photos du site ne sont pas conformes à la réalité, les 4 étoiles ne sont pas du tout justifiées. La description est fausse, à savoir PAS de parking. Juste un emplacement pour 2 voire 3 voitures (qui est visiblement réservé aux grosses voitures) le reste se fait sur l'allée et encore faut il a voir de la place. La réceptionniste du soir désagréable me dit que j'aurai du le demander avant, désolée mais c'est écrit parking disponible. MA voiture est restée stationnée devant la maison voisine, les propriétaires ne m'ont rien dit c'est gentil de leur part. J'ai pris des photos car j'aurai aimé en voir avant. Le petit déjeuner si on peut appeler ça un petit déjeuner est infecte, j’ai juste pris un verre d'eau et n'y suis plus retournée. Le détecteur de fumée scotché bonjour la sécurité. Je voyage beaucoup et je ne suis vraiment pas compliquée mais là je pense que y'a un manque de considération totale !!! et hotels.com vous devriez mettre en conformité les établissements que vous proposez avec la réalité. Plutot sale, fallait mettre soi meme les housses de couette: 2 type serviette de toilette sympa quand vous êtes une femme aux cheveux longs. Pour me laver c'était uniquement en tong et pas dans la douche désolée mais pas le choix

O hotel não dispõe de toalha de banho, somente toalhas de rosto, não dispõe de edredons, não tem elevador, não tem ar condicionado, o wi fi nos quartos é horrível, a garagem gratis só cabe 3 carros e o café da manhã é péssimo. Os únicos pontos positivos são a cordialidade dos recepcionistas e a localização.
