Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value."

"The room was exactly as advertised. Big and spacious. Hot water was good. Rooftop restaurant is wonderful with great service and very good menu. Very nice spread for breakfast. Also, when we asked for extra supplies in the room they were very promptly delivered. All in all a very good stay. "

Then they asked me wait for 2 hrs and gave very dirty room and no tv no water …..I am really surprised. "
