"The hotel is outdated in terms of deco. The dryer need to be replaced because after 90 min of the drying cycle, clothes are still wet. When you have a lot of guests waiting to use the washer/dryer and only 3 are available, having to dry clothes for over 1-1/2 hours and remains wet is very frustrating. ..."
