Needed a place to stay for one night after visiting Niseko and on the way to Tokyo. This hotel is joined to the JR Sapporo station which is very convenient if you need to catch the train to the airport the next day. Self check in and out made the process easy and quick which was handy.

Terrible experience with one of the hotel staff. I had left my luggage with the hotel after checking out, and when I returned for my luggage there were 20+ people waiting in line to check in. I went to ask one of the staff at the luggage storage and he told me to get in line without any explanation. I explained that I had already checked out and pointed out my luggage, which were unsecured and placed just to the side of the lineup. The staff got frustrated when I didn’t immediately get in line and started yelling ‘no’ at me in a loud voice and waving his arms at me. I then asked if there was any parking nearby as my husband was waiting in the car and needed to park our car while I waited in line. The staff clearly became more agitated that I hadn’t gotten in line yet and repeatedly yelled ‘no’ at me in an even louder voice than before. I felt extremely uncomfortable and took a few steps backwards and he kept advancing on me while yelling. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The rooms are really small. Opening the luggage bag and walking about in the room was a challenge. If space is what you need. Please be cautious, I booked 2 rooms and one room was only slightly bigger then the other.

Staff service is really good. They left all the amenities outside the door when we requested no cleaning service which is so sweet. The location of hotel is convenient, only few minutes to get to Sapporo station. But the bedtress is not comfortable at all which is too hard. And the room air conditioning was controlled by central system, so somehow it’s too warm during my stay.

These idiots cancelled a booking we made months ago only 3 days before we were due to arrive in henmiddle if a rugby World Cup. In order to find something else in a similar location 3 days before the game we had to pay twice as much and it tools ages to find a place. Totally unacceptable

Convenient location!
Booked and stayed twice in this hotel from 5-7th Sept and 8th Sept 2019. Happy with the location which is just across the street from South Exit of JR Sapporo station - super convenient especially when I decided to explore other parts of Hokkaido via train. Plus I arrived in the evening after a long flight so was thankful I didn’t have to walk a lot. Bus station is also just next to station which has the Chuo Bus company which has land tours to other towns. I only found the decor in the room dated. Size of the room is compact - typical of most Japanese hotels. I’m traveling solo with just a cabin luggage but still I found the space a little small to open my bag - had to push the chair in the room to the end for space. I however don’t see it much of a problem. Staff are nice and warm. Will stay here again.

The property is right across the street from JR Sapporo station and easy to find. The only negative is that the rooms are so tiny for 2 people. Very close to a lot of shopping and eating places.
