The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check out isn’t until 11, but we always like to send instructions just to be safe. 11:00 AM is a strict checkout time. This gives our cleaning staff time to prepare for our next guests.

There will be a $300 charge for any guest that stays beyond checkout time. No need to make the beds and feel free to leave any wet towels in the showers.

We wash everything after each guest so if you use blankets, please do not refold them so we can wash them. Please let me know as soon as possible if you left any items and where to send them.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAME FIRES OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. We are surrounded by three national forests.

Please keep red wine and colored beverages away from rugs and fabrics, and remove shoes indoors. Spills that stain may be charged as damage.

Tons for Kids! Kids love it here – bunk fort, costume stage, climbing wall. Please supervise round art and decor.
