"We had a wonderful stay at Internacional Design Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Rossio Square—making it very easy to walk to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. It really doesn’t get more convenient than this. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. They assisted with storing our luggage and ensured it was delivered to our room, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the hotel kindly gave us access to their loft space. It was very spacious and comfortable, and this thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey. The restaurant within the hotel building served an exceptional breakfast, with great quality and variety, making it a perfect start to the day. The room size was good. Bed was comfortable and house keeping was top notch. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon, especially for its location, hospitality, and overall experience."

"Nice location, rooms where up to date and clean. Parking was tricky with limited parking on road in front of property with an alternate parking garage (fee) that is undergoing with a lift (eleveator) which can only accommodate small and midsize vehicles"

"Staff was wonderful but we were given a room with a stopped up sink. Maintenance fixed it but the problem occurred again. Loved the location and the food from the bar was wonderful. "
