Located in a closed condominium with swimming pool, tennis court, soccer court, playground. additional vacancies in the condominium. The house is on the beach street and the distance from the house to the beach passage is 190m. The condo provides transportation to the beach and from the beach to the house at any time. The transportation is made with car and driver of the condominium. On the beach the condo offers chairs and parasol that belongs to the house, as well as mineral water. An employee stands on the beach assisting residents and coordinating transportation home as needed. It usually takes 1-2 minutes to reach the beach.
