"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"O café da manhã é muito básico sem opções. O Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto. O meu triplo não tinha abajures, nem decoração nas paredes como aparecia na foto. O banheiro não dispunha de um armário e nem dispuseram toalhas de rosto. Localização boa próxima à Praia Grande. Devido à proximidade com uma mata tivemos o incômodo de muitos mosquitos no quarto (não esqueçam de levar repelentes se forem se hospedar). Sem piscina. Não achei que tenha sido um bom custo benefício."

"Hotel Camburi Praia is a very basic hotel in a small, country village 2hrs south-west of Sao Paulo along the coast. I stayed there for a work engagement. Camburi village is a typical of the area; rustic, weather-beaten, but welcoming enough. You should have some basic knowledge of portuguese though to get by. Hotel Camburi Praia is just off the main street running through the village and about 150m from the beach. It's a very basic hotel (my room 34 was a bit dated, but comfortable enough)....
