EXPECTATION ALIGNMENT

To ensure your experience meets your expectations, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully:


COMMUNICATION AND REMOTE PROCESS

Our entire operation is 100% remote, with instructions sent via chat and digital materials for check-in, your stay, activities, and check-out.
We do not provide in-person assistance but are always available through chat on booking platforms.


TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is exclusively for couples (maximum of 2 adults).
WE DO NOT PERMIT OR ACCEPT: Smokers, children, pets, or groups. Please do not insist.
Our space is designed for moments of peace and connection.
Prohibited: Parties, illicit drug use, smoking, or excessive noise.


STAY PERIOD

Check-in: From 5:00 PM.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.
Important Note: Early check-in (before 5:00 PM) or late check-out (after 11:00 AM) is not allowed. To extend your stay, please book additional nights.
A 100% penalty of the total booking amount will be applied for late check-out after 11:00 AM.


EXTRA SERVICES AND COSTS

Additional services and items, such as romantic decorations, meals, firewood, charcoal, lighters, access to other areas of the site, among others, are charged separately. RESOURCES

Being located in an isolated rural area, we face some limitations with utility services, which may occasionally cause unforeseen situations. However, we have implemented solutions to ensure essential services:

- Water shortage: Supplied with water trucks.

Power outage: Emergency generator with restrictions on high-consumption electronics.
Internet: Satellite connection, suitable for basic browsing (emails, messages, basic social media).
Gas use: Gas is used to heat showers, whirlpools, and bathtubs (the chalets do not have kitchens).

Refund Policy:

No refunds are provided for situations beyond our control, such as water, electricity, or internet outages.


CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY

Free cancellation: Up to 15 days before check-in.
50% penalty: For cancellations between 15 and 7 days prior to check-in. check-in.
100% penalty: For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.
Date changes: Allowed up to 2 times, provided they are requested before the penalty period.


CHALET SPECIFICATIONS

LOCATION AND ACCESS

We are located 3 km from the Régis Bittencourt Highway (Km 290, southbound):

- 2 km of paved road.

1 km of dirt road (may become muddy during the rainy season).
Please plan your arrival considering these conditions.


FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

We only accept bookings from guests who understand and agree to our rules.
Unfair or defamatory reviews will be legally addressed.
