Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use. Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access. Failure to send a photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation. People who are not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building. Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear. When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. Our check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
