To gain entry to Gran Maia Giardino, it is mandatory to send in advance the full name and identification document number of ALL guests, including the account holder. Reservation. The building has 24-hour security. Upon arrival, simply identify yourself at the reception and inform them of your reserved apartment. The accommodation has an electronic lock, and the password will be sent on the day of check-in at 4 PM, after the apartment is released. Common areas are managed by the building and may be temporarily unavailable for cleaning, maintenance, security, or by order of the administration.
