Hotel deixou a desejar um pouco…hotel velho … quartos conjugados, muito barulhento… café da manhã 50,00 reais por pessoa… estacionamento 34,00 por dia… cortina do meu quarto estava mofada! Deveriam ter um pouco mais de cuidado! Não indico se for ficar mais de uma noite!

Um Mercure 2 estrelas e olhe lá. Pessimas instalacoes, quarto minúsculo, banheiro péssimo, chuveiro com gotas de água, café da amanhã fraquíssimo. Estaria para esquecer que esteve lá um dia.

Dois pontos.... O valor de café da manhã constante na porta do apartamento 23 informa o valor a ser pago de R$ 37 e pagamos R$ 45... Como foram 2, vocês me devem R$ 16. Segue foto. Outro ponto, como pode em pleno horário de checkout, meio-dia, vocês deixarem somente 1 pessoa na recepção? É sério isso? Aguardei quase 30 minutos para ser atendido. Quero crer que foi uma condição anormal porque se for normal, francamente... Mercury? É assim que operam? OK.
