havíamos saido de um casamento na estrada da roseira e foi muito fácil chegar ao hotel .. check in rápido. Quarto super confortável . Tudo perfeito. Silencioso . Somente no cafe senti falta do chocolate em pó para tomar com leite quente . Mas fora isso muito bom o café da manhã ..

Hotel limpo, café da manhã bom. O quarto é muito pequeno. Chega ser claustrofóbico. Hotel na beira da rodovia, barulhento. Tivemos a infelicidade de pegar um quarto com ar condicionado quebrado. Mas as colaboradoras Viviane e Marcela foram muito atenciosas e resolveram assim que reclamamos.

Estrutura mal cuidada e quartos problemáticos

Pegamos um quarto triplo que, claramente, não tem condição de hospedar três adultos. Por nossa sorte, a terceira pessoa era uma criança de 3 anos que "coube" num sofá lateral que o hotel considera como uma terceira hospedagem. O primeiro quarto que nos ofereceram não estava com o ar condicionado funcionando e a torneira do banheiro estava quebrada, o que alagava o banheiro todo. O segundo quarto, apesar de ter estes itens resolvidos, era de frente para o mezanino da recepção, o que era barulhento e com grande luminosidade. Se ficar, fuja destes quartos do primeiro andar. O quarto foi entregue sem a roupa de cama da terceira pessoa. E foi uma luta pra disponibilizarem (tive que ir na recepção forçar pra isso ser resolvido). Enfim, padrão fraquíssimo de atendimento... deixa a desejar.
