I paid for an extra day so l can arrive early. They took 2 hours to check us in and l had to wait to 3. I pre checked like they told me to and it didn’t help. They didn’t want to refund the day l lost. Also no towel changes. Terrible service

When I stayed here Dec 4-8, I wrote a detailed review asking Roomo Atlantica to make some improvements in the check in process, some daily needs in the room like, paper towels, napkins, dish towels , etc. The only thing that was better was the check in process by having a room available to me when I arrived. They still asked for my passport, DOB, email address, selfie, etc 3 times thru WhatsApp. Still can’t understand why. 😳. During this stay Feb 19-24, there were still no napkins, paper towels, dish towels, nor sufficient toilet paper. Also, the Claro TV would not work. After my December stay, I also asked management of Roomo Atlantica to call me to discuss the much needed improvements needed, but did not receive a call. I am asking once again for a call to discuss this.

A situação desse “hotel” é um absurdo. É ainda anunciado na Expedia como se ainda fosse um hotel mas, desde o final do ano passado, é apenas um pool de apartamentos administrados pela Atlântica sem nenhum serviço. O restaurante foi fechado permanentemente, não já serviço de quarto e nem recepção (apenas um porteiro constrangido que mostra aos desavisados que chegam um número de telefone para se informarem e fazerem o check-in). O processo de “check-in” explicado então é todo por WhatsApp e é um pesadelo longuíssimo. Coisa de maluco completa essas alterações recentes não estarem alertadas no anúncio.
