The guest will have exclusive access to the apartment, in addition to being able to enjoy all the common areas of the condominium, according to detailed instructions in the 'House Guide'.

■ Kitchen:

- Oster cooktop: To use, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds and select the desired power level. Use only flat-bottomed pans compatible with induction.

- KitchenAid electric oven: Turn the function selector to the desired heating type and adjust the temperature. Wait for preheating before adding food.

- Brastemp microwave: Press the power or time button according to the recipe. For faster heating, use the '+30 seconds' button.

Avoid using metal or plastic utensils not suitable for microwave use.

- Nespresso coffee maker: Lift the lever, insert the capsule, close the lid, and press the button for the desired coffee size. Remember to fill the water tank before use.

■ Comfort and Entertainment

- LG Smart TV: Turn on the remote control, press the 'Home' button, and select the desired app (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Use the remote to navigate. If you want to connect another device, use the HDMI input on the side.
