The hotel is super cute, the staff was very friendly. The live music was fun and the bar served nice drinks. It's a family friendly hotel with a water park so if you're going to rest, think twice. They do not have acoustic isolation so resting was extremely difficult.

I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

Quarto excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Atrações para toda a família, bom atendimento. Deixo dois pontos em destaque para uma possível melhora futura: O estacionamento não é ruim, mas é bem apertado e poucas vagas, assim talvez tenha que deixar o carro um pouco mais longe (mas dentro da thermas), não me atrapalhou, mas fica a ressalva para futuros hóspedes. E outro ponto que esse incomodou um pouco mais é que alguns dias trazem música ao vivo na HALL DE ENTRADA onde tem um bar do local. O barulho chega bem forte até os quartos, já que a musica do hall é transmitida nos corredores.

Minha hospedagem no Hotel Termas da Mata, em Cotia, ocorreu entre os dias 02 e 04 de junho, e minha experiência foi muito positiva. Gostaria de destacar a excelente limpeza de todas as áreas do hotel, bem como o atendimento cordial e atencioso da equipe da recepção, que esteve sempre disposta a ajudar. Durante os dias em que estive hospedada, o hotel estava bastante tranquilo, proporcionando um ambiente agradável para descanso. Aproveitei para conhecer e registrar diversos espaços da estrutura, e fiquei muito satisfeita com a organização e qualidade das instalações. A copa compartilhada é muito útil, contando com micro-ondas para aquecimento de alimentos e uma pequena cozinha equipada com pia para lavagem de utensílios. A academia, sala de jogos, brinquedoteca, espaço infantil, televisão e Wi-Fi atenderam plenamente às expectativas, todos em excelente estado de conservação e funcionamento. Também destaco positivamente o estacionamento, que possui um custo único de R$ 20,00 por hospedagem, independentemente da quantidade de dias de permanência, o que considero um ótimo benefício. Como sugestão de melhoria, deixo apenas a questão do ar-condicionado dos quartos do primeiro andar. Durante minha estadia, em um período de temperaturas mais baixas, senti falta da função de aquecimento. Posteriormente fui informada de que os aparelhos possuem apenas a função de refrigeração. A inclusão da função quente seria um diferencial importante para proporcionar ainda mais conforto aos hóspedes

Na semana que ficamos hospedado estava muito frio, porém o quarto estava com a temperatura muito agradável. O ar condicionado também é aquecedor, e isso nos ajudou muito com a nossa criança. Hotel muito limpo e organizado. Teve recreação na sexta-feira a noite para as crianças e foi muito divertido. Gostaria de ter recebido a informação que o hotel disponha de almoço e jantar todos os dias e que era uma possibilidade acrescentar nas diárias. No geral iremos voltar mais vezes. Café da manhã excelente.

Quarto grande, melhor ficar no 3 andar. O hotel serve janta , mas não compensa pelo que é servido e valor por pessoa. Acesso a restaurantes não é longe, é só ir pelo mesmo caminho ao park animalia, melhor acesso para sair do bairro. Ao chegar se for final de semana de sexta em diante tem direito ao ingresso ao Thermas, não esqueça de pegar a pulseira . Só o ingresso que mandam no ZAP não é a mesma coisa no park, aconteceu comigo, esqueceram e quase não deixaram agente acessar no horário para hóspedes. Café da manhã ok Cama excelente Ótima localização, melhor para ao park Animalia

Hotel excelente! Quarto limpo e equipado com móveis bom. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Recepcionista muito atenciosa! Pena que no dia que fui o parque estava em manutenção. E foi uma surpresa muito agradável saber que ele fazia parte do valor da diária! Mas como não estávamos prevendo o parque ele não afetou nossa programação.
