gostei por ser o lugar que escolhi para descanso. Lugar espaçoso, silencioso. Restaurante: O ambiente e´ bom, mas a comida deixa a desejar; há muitas pessoas como eu com problemas gástrico que não pode comer o que e´ oferecido ai´. Quanto a limpeza, parece que e´ bem caprichado so´ no terceiro andar por ser a recepção. Ja´ me hospedei por duas vezes, e´ limpo e cheiroso, mas dessa vez estive no quarto andar, e o corredor cheirava a mofo, o que e´ prejudicial a saúde pincipalmente de quem e´ alérgico.

Ótimo Hotel

Ótimo hotel, muito bom atendimento mas o chuveiro não estava funcionando direito e a descarga também não parava, entretanto, liguei para a recepção e 2 horas depois enviaram um técnico que rapidamente consertou tudo. O café da manhã é muito bom, a área da piscina é ótima mas não tinha mais bebida pra vender às 18h de sexta-feira (feriado). A localização é muito boa pra turismo, bem inserido no Centro Histórico, mas não tinha nada para comer próximo.

Ótima localização, bem no centro histórico! Área externa ampla, belo jardim e piscina. Área interna ampla, confortável e arejada. Deixa a desejar a manutenção e a higiene dos aposentos. O restaurante e o café da manhã são ruins. Solicitamos reposição de alguns itens no bufê, o que demorou e ou não fomos atendido. 😞

Pontos Positivos > Localização boa para quem vai passar pouco tempo e quer conhecer o centro histórico pois todos os principais pontos estão próximos para ir a pé. O porto que sai embarcações para Alcantara tambem chega-se a pé tambem, bem próximo. Pontos Negativos> Estrutura geral do hotel e quartos antigos, sem manutenção, com limpeza deixando a desejar. Muita demora para atendimento de solicitações para o quarto. Café da manhã ruim.

Localização ótima

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo ao centro histórico. Café da manhã Ok, mas demoram MUITO pra fazer reposição do buffet. Box com drenagem ruim da água, ficava alagado rapidamente. Piso da recepção poderia ser repensado, chegamos 3h da manhã no hotel, mas pra evitar acordar o hotel inteiro devido ao tipo de piso, preferimos carregar a mala, mesmo com rodinha faria muito barulho.

UMA ÓTIMA ESTADA

Fiquei 5 dias em São Luis, o hotel é muito bom: estilo colonial, fica no centro, quarto confortável (apenas o travesseiro é muito fino, mas quem quiser pede outro), excelente limpeza, café da manhã variado, ambiente sossegado, serviço de bar, piscina ampla e limpa, o ponto alto é a localização bem no centro da cidade, perto dos museus, do mercado das tulhas e da área histórica do reviver.

The door over looking garden could be fixed for room 224. And not to “Americanize” the hotel but the only American outlet that is usable is in the bathroom. Be nice to have one in the room itself.
