Muito provavelmente o melhor café da manhã que já experimentei em minhas viagens, todos os funcionários são prestativos. Porém neste ano esta é a terceira ou quarta vez que fico no Fenix e a piscina está imprópria para uso, isso desde Janeiro 2026.

Estadia com acomodações boas. Quarto limpo. Banheiro limpo. Porém a recepção! Meu Deus, uma grosseria, cheguei em check in tardio, e pedi um balde de gelo, com 2 copos e 1 taça de vinho eram 17:30, da tarde. Disseram que não tinham porque a cozinha estava fechada. Gente o balde com gelo e taça tudo bem até entendo, mas o copo????? Copooooo! Até motel tem copo. Perdão, mas vou rever mil vezes antes de voltar.
