"I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement. "

The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."
