Um bom hotel, mas pode melhorar muito!

Um pouco de demora no check in mas o funcionário foi atencioso, já no check out foi rápido e o atendimento descortês. Frigobar sem qualquer bebida foi o único problema no quarto. De 0 a 10 nota 6

Razoável.

É um hotel razoável. Não é sujo, mas poderia caprichar mais na limpeza. Na noite em que ficamos, só havia um funcionário no hotel inteiro, de modo que pedimos um travesseiro e um edredom e pela demora, descemos para buscar. Ele pediu desculpas e disse que não havia ido antes pelo fato que estava só. O staff é muito educado e aparentemente tenta fazer o melhor com as condições que são dadas pelo proprietário (o que não significa dizer que é o melhor possível para o cliente que está pagando e esperando um serviço de qualidade). Outra coisa é que não há no quarto nenhuma tomada com voltagem 220v para a esposa utilizar o secador, o que deixa a desejar.
